Indoor swimming pool in Polzeath
Enjoy a swim at The Point’s indoor pool, a relaxed space for both exercise and family time in Polzeath. The 18-metre pool has a constant depth of 1.35m, with easy access steps and plenty of room for lane swimming or a gentle dip. At one end, a shallow 60cm toddler area makes it easier for younger swimmers and families to enjoy the water safely.
Alongside the main pool, you’ll find a hot tub, steam room and sauna – ideal for unwinding after a workout in the gym, a round of golf, or a rally on the padel courts. The water temperature is kept between 29 – 30°C for a comfortable swim all year round.
Children’s swimming lessons
Instructor-led children’s swimming lessons take place every Monday between 4pm and 6pm, with each lesson lasting 30 minutes.

Pool supervision
Children aged 15 and over may swim unsupervised.
For those under 15, one adult (16+) may supervise up to three children.
Diving sessions
